The 3 pc Ball Peen Hammer Set with Fiberglass Grip Handle are made using a patented heat-treatment process to ensure uniform hardness on all faces including edges, preventing mushrooming of the head and accidents due to chipping. The heads are also induction case-hardened to 52 HRC for extended life. The ball peen hammer set is ideal for bending and shaping metal, driving punches and chisels, hand forging, setting rivets, peen riveted and welded material, and texturing the face of metal.
