Hacksaw Blades Bi-Metal

8% Cobat-HSS

10" Model

The Groz Bi-Metal Hacksaw Blades are a must-have for those who demand super-efficient, shatter-proof blades. These blades feature a high-speed steel cutting edge that is electron-beam welded to a tough spring steel back, resulting in a bi-metal construction that provides optimum tool life and high resistance to breakage. The well-formed tooth profile is precisely milled, hardened, and tempered, providing quicker, cleaner, and more efficient cuts. Cobalt enhances blade hardness to 66-68 HRC, providing higher wear resistance, which is especially useful for nickel-based alloys, high-hardness steels, and other solids.

With a 6 teeth chip removal cycle and individual tooth setting, these blades promise nearly 30% more cutting power, and cleaner cutting, and also prevent teeth from binding in with the material being cut. These blades have a width of 1/2" (12.5 mm) and a thickness of 0.025" (0.63 mm) and are sold as a pack of 10 blades.
